Pregnancy Period (including prenatal checkups): 9 months; 4. Document Processing post-birth: 1-2 weeks; 5. Accelerated Option: Frozen embryo transplant can be shortened to 12-15 months.

How to ensure cross-border custody after a child's birth?

The Ministry of Justice of Kyrgyzstan offers three layers of protection: - Dates of birth are directly annotated with the names of the custodial parents (without the need for genetic linkage); - A court issues a Certificate of Parent-Child Relationship, which is certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; - Assists in processing an International Order for the Transfer of Guardianship, seamlessly aligning with the national laws (like the 1073 clause of China’s Civil Code).

    3.Legal registration

    4. Preparations for healthcare

    The surrogate mother undergoes individualized hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for endometrial preparation; the commissioning party concurrently completes the creation of embryos (using self-supplied gametes) or matches for donated gametes.

    5.Embryo Transfer

    Reproductive experts used ultrasound-guided implantation techniques to place the embryos, and 12 days later, confirmed pregnancy through a β-hCG blood test. At the same time, they initiated the verification of the pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT) report.

    6. Pregnancy and Childbirth

    The entire prenatal care and monitoring process will be conducted at the Reproductive Medicine Center in Bishkek. The proxy will have access to the electronic medical records in real-time.
